Jillian Kramer - Beach Doll

I don't know why. But this was finished a while ago. and the one thing i just couldn't draw was the sarong. dont ask me why. i just couldn't draw it for the life of me. so after leaving it a couple of days i returned to tackle it and got this result :S. im happy with it but i think it could of been a lot better.
